Stricken Michael Schumacher's high-powered jet plane has been put on sale because the injured star's condition means he no longer needs it. Wife Corinna has put the Falcon 2000EX on the market with a £16m (€20m) price tag, in a move being interpreted as a sign the Formula One legend has left his old lifestyle behind. A source told German media: "The world of the Schumacher has changed." Bild newspaper reported the reasons for the sale "are obvious". The grey-silver plane has the seven-time Formula One champion's initials on the tail fin and he was reported to have spent €25m on the vehicle. The Formula One star used to use the jet, which has a top speed of 600mph, to travel to motor racing events and holidays with wife Corinna and their two children. Schumacher is undergoing rehabilitation for head injuries sustained in a devastating ski crash in the French Alps, which occurred late last year. Positive news greeted fans last week who are hoping for the 45-year-old's recovery, when wife Corinna said the hardest part of his treatment was over.
